Drawing from Stefano Bolognini's influential paper, Real Wolves and Fake Wolves, this presentation explores why complex clients may appear neurotic in one session and borderline in the next. Participants will examine the dynamic interplay of repression and splitting, gain insight into shifting levels of psychological functioning, and learn practical implications for assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention.
