IPI Indy Scholarship

In addition to this application, please complete the personal statement and send it, along with two letters of recommendation to Kathy Harting, LMHC, Psychoanalyst (Kharting1@gmail.com) or upload them in the provided space at the bottom of this form.

This information will be kept confidential and will be destroyed upon completion of or departure from the program.

Once you have received a written acceptance letter from Core, please send a copy to Kathy Harting (Kharting1@gmail.com). Local IPI faculty will then make a determination as soon as possible from the date of receipt of your letter and contact you.
